  • PEX A Pipes

Multilayer pipes are available in NPS or nominal pipe sizes ranging from 3⁄8 to 2 1⁄4; they are also marked with the DN or nominal diameter of 12 to 75 measurements. These pipes’ pressure resistance is 200 psi at Fahrenheit 73o or 1380 kPa at 23o Celsius and 125 psi at Fahrenheit 180o or 860 kPa 82o Celsius. Multilayer pipes are usually sold in coils and straight lengths.

What are the various applications of Multilayer Pipe?

It is used in many applications, including plumbing, ice, chilled water piping, plumbing operations for hot and cold water, outdoor ice and snow-melting, radiant heating. It has also used ceilings, walls, floors, pitch heating, turf conditioning, hydronic piping systems, fan coils and radiators and snow melting systems, and hydronic cooling and heating.
