Hastelloy Tubing

Hastelloy tubing are super alloys with modified contents. Nickel-molybdenum and chromium is added to these tubing along with tungsten. Tungsten addition give excellent corrosion resistance to the alloy tubing in a wide range of severe environments.

Pitting, crevice corrosion and reducing conditions are effectively resisted with the addition of molybdenum and nickel in high quantities. Oxidation is resisted with the addition of chromium in these tubing. The low carbon content in Hastelloy tubing minimizes carbide precipitation during welding. Hastelloy tubing are versatile with resistance to corrosion and find usage in many applications. A wide variety of chemical attacks are resisted in these Hastelloy tubing. Tubing can resist chloride solutions, organic and inorganic corrosive mediums, sea-water, formic acid, acetic acid, along with ferric and cupric chlorides.
