Incoloy Forged Fittings belong to the super alloy category of elements. The corrosion resistance is high in these nickel based alloys. High temperature strength and resistance from chemical attacks is executed well in these Incoloy forged fittings. When exposed to oxidising conditions the chromium in these forged fittings protect them from damage. Sulphuric and phosphoric acid does not damage these fittings, as these are highly resistant to these acids. Incoloy forged fittings are used in chemical processing, conveyance, oil wells, sour gas, fuel gas, calorifiers, power plants and ammonium sulphate containers. Even under reducing and oxidising conditions these forged fittings are durable and provide effective usage. Standard shop processes work well for welding these forged fittings. Forged Fittings are distinguished in two types. Socket-weld fittings are governed under ASME B16.11 manufacturing standards. While, Threaded Fittings are governed under ASME B1.20.1 manufacturing standards. Every product undergoes many mechanical and quality control checks to maintain highest production standards. Options like Bushings, Couplings, Elbows, and End-Caps are available commercially in all grades of Incoloy.
