Titanium Valves

Titanium is a low-density high strength alloy with a lustrous appearance. Elements such as iron, vanadium, aluminium, and molybdenum is added to this alloy. The addition helps in creating more light-weight and strong alloys. The corrosion resistance and strength-to-density ratio of these Valves is amazing.

The Strength, ductility and low-density of these titanium valves makes them suitable for use in many applications. Valves are used for regulation of flowing gasses and liquids in piping systems. Taps use valves to control the flow of water from them. Types of valves include Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Solenoid and Motor, which are used for different purposes. Chemical plants, Washing machines and Dishwashers are some applications that make extensive use of valves. At moderately high temperatures these Titanium valves do not show creeping. Thus, making them highly usable in applications like Naval ship building. The strength of Titanium also makes it capable of use in armour building. Industries like aerospace, agri-food, military, chemical, automotive, and petrochemical make use of Titanium Valves. Water and chemical corrosion does not occur in Titanium valves.
