F1

The flanges have high chromium content which leads to corrosion resistance. The alloy can withstand exposure to high temperatures. They are ideal for acidic environments because they are not affected by organic or inorganic acids. The flanges are resistant to oxidation and reduction in ambient temperatures. They are available in various sizes, shapes, designs, and thicknesses depending on client specifications. The alloy has excellent fabricability and formability. The most common types of the flanges are swivel, bling, plate, flat, orifice, slip-on, spectacle, conflate, square, long weld neck, RTJ, SORF, and WNRF. They are classified into 150#, 300#, 600#, 900#, 1500#, 2500#, PN6, PN10, PN16, Pn25, PN40, PN64, and PN100.
