C2000

C2000 Hastelloy Fasteners are a grade of corrosion-resistant alloy products that use a unique blend of molybdenum, chromium, nickel, and copper among other elements to ensure maximum protection against the toughest corrosive and oxidizing conditions. The UNS N06200 material designation and Alloy B2 grade denote that these fasteners contain a 16% chromium content. This high chromium content provides additional durability in caustic conditions and allows the processors to create products with desirable physical properties. Hastelloy C2000 Fasteners are widely used in applications requiring tensile strength and ductility such as marine vessels, flue-gas scrubbing systems, nuclear power plants and chemical processing facilities.

Hastelloy C2000 Fasteners are widely used in many industries such as chemical processing, marine engineering, and more. The superior properties of this fastener make it ideal for corrosive environments — it can withstand extreme temperatures and highly corrosive liquids and gasses. It also has high strength properties, which allow for a tight hold on any surface. This material also contains excellent thermal resistance, making it an ideal choice when working with hot materials or in locations where temperatures fluctuate frequently. It is commonly used in industry applications that require fast drilling or bolting times. In short, Hastelloy Fasteners C2000 are reliable, sturdy, resistant to corrosion and wear & tear, and can be used in the most extreme environments.
