What testing is done?
The company assures that they are producing the appreciating quality of Nickel 200 butt weld fittings they need to necessarily do the various kinds of testing of the pipe fittings. If they are not doing so they won’t be able to know weaknesses of the fittings. They are doing mechanical testing like tensile of the area, chemical testing like spectro test, hardness testing, PMI testing, macro and micro testing, flattening test, pitting resistance testing, IGC testing, and flaring test. These testing are done by the producers and it helps them in knowing all weakness in fitting and they can easily overcome it to avoid any deficiency in the quality of the item.
