310H

310H stainless steel bars is austenitic stainless steel that contains high chromium and nickel content and other alloying elements such as nitrogen, molybdenum, and silicon. The main alloying elements in this grade are iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), which is typically 23-26%, nickel (Ni) which ranges from 22-25%, manganese (Mn) at 0.2%, silicon (Si) at 0.75%, sulfur (S) at 0.03%, phosphorus (P) at 0.04%, nitrogen (N) at 0.1-0.22%, carbon (C) below 0.08% and molybdenum (Mo) ranging from 2-3%. Other minor elements present in small amounts include titanium, boron, copper, and vanadium.

310H SS bars is a highly alloyed austenitic stainless steel that offers excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and good formability. It is well-suited for applications with elevated temperatures and is often used in heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels, petrochemical equipment, structural components and pollution control equipment. The alloy has good weldability, making it particularly suitable for manufacturing components in elevated temperature environments such as power generation and petrochemical plants. Its properties include high tensile strength, good ductility, and excellent resistance to scaling at elevated temperatures.
