321H

Stainless Steel 321H Hot Bend Pipe Fittings feature a chemical composition that contains 18.00% – 20.00% chromium and 9.00% – 12.00% nickel with carbon content limited to 0.08%. This allows the component to display increased resistance to oxidation up to temperatures of 1600°F/ 871°C. Additionally, stainless steel 321H contains: Higher levels of titanium. Resulting in increased intergranular corrosion resistance compared to Grade 304L and 347 alloys. Making it particularly suitable for use in sulfur-bearing atmospheres. This powerhouse alloy is also known to improve temper resistance compared to its standard version counterpart, mainly due to its meaningful chromium and nickel content.

Stainless Steel 321H Hot Bend Pipe Fittings are used in various industries, such as oil and gas, engineering, construction, and precision machine building. They exhibit good creep rupture strength and excellent corrosion resistance and can handle temperatures up to 850° Celsius. The pipe fittings are also highly resistant to oxidation due to mum stabilization and their high chromium content. This makes them ideal for good designs requiring repeated restarts or critical applications that could otherwise be vulnerable to degradation from weldments and heat treatment. Stainless Steel 321H Hot Bend Pipe Fittings are also incredibly durable and capable of withstanding pressure without warping or deforming.
