Gr 4

The grade is ideal for both high pressure and temperature environments. It is more alloyed than grades 1, 2, and 3. It is highly resistant to corrosion. The alloy is durable and can withstand basic and acidic operations. The material is molded into specific shapes, sizes, and designs to fit the customer specifications. However, this grade is not commonly used like grades 2 and 5. There are various types of flanges like slip-on, orifice, spectacle, weld neck, blind, lap joint, socket, SORF, and threaded. The classifications include 150#, 300#, 600#, 900#, 1500#, 2500#, PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64, PN100, and PN160 based on pressure.

Properties of titanium Gr 4 flanges
