Stainless Steel 316H Nuts

Stainless Steel 316h Nuts composition consists of Iron (Fe) balance, Carbon (C) 0.04-0.08%, Chromium (Cr) 16-18%, Nickel (Ni) 10-14%, Molybdenum (Mo) 2-3%, Manganese(Mn) 2% max., Phosphorus(P), Sulfur(S), Silicon (Si). It also contains Copper, Titanium, Nitrogen, and a few other elements in trace amounts up to 0.75%. This grade of stainless steel is a molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade with low carbon content suitable for applications with higher strength, such as boats, marine, automotive, and offshore oil rigs.

316h SS Nuts are a high-strength material that can be used when hardness and corrosion resistance are critical. These nuts are made of enriched austenitic stainless steel alloy. They have excellent strength, durability, heat resistance, formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance characteristics that are ideal for long-term performance in extreme environments. Additionally, they possess improved pitting and crevice corrosion resistance compared to standard grade 304N nuts.
