Alloy Steel WP5 5D Pipe Bend Pipe Fittings are composed of a combination of carbon and iron, typically containing 2.11-2.13% carbon, 0.87-1.13% manganese, 0.12-0.21% silicon, 0.35-0.45% chromium, 0.25-0.35% nickel and other trace elements to achieve desired mechanical properties according to the particular intended application. This type of alloy steel is highly workable. It is heat treatable for greater strength, durability and tenacity, making it well suited for flanges and other heavy-duty applications where extreme conditions are regularly encountered - such as superheated steam or thermal cycling in equipment valves or fittings subjected to water extremes (high hot/low cold), etc.

WP5 5D Alloy Steel Pipe Bend Pipe Fittings offer a unique combination of strength and durability for many applications. Its high-tensile steel alloy makes this type of pipe fitting highly resistant to surface wear, corrosion and abrasion, providing long-term protection from chemical exposure and heat ferments. Additionally, the fitting is designed to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from low to high up to 1650°C and pressure up to 10 bar. Due to its unique characteristics, such as resistance and bend radius, it can be used in petrochemical processes, water systems, and other heavy industries where stringent standards must be met for quality assurance. In addition, it is an excellent choice for on-site installation needs because of its ability to resist freezing, thawing, long-term cyclical movements, shock vibration loading and compressive constants.
