263

Nimonic 263 Screw is a nickel-based superalloy commonly used in high-temperature and corrosive environments. It contains chromium, cobalt, aluminum, and titanium, slightly more cobalt than other alloys of similar composition. The alloy also features an alloying element of columbium, which, as well as providing strength at elevated temperatures, also reduces the tendency to develop intergranular microstructures that can cause instability or reduced tensile ductility at higher temperatures. This combination of elements creates a superbly strong screw that is ideal for high-temperature applications.

Nimonic 263 Screw is a Ni-Cr alloy, ideal for both high-temperature and corrosion environments. With extreme strength and hardness, Nimonic 263 Screws have many applications, such as in aerospace, oil and gas, and offshore engineering. Its properties include high tensile strength up to 1300MPa, excellent creep resistance, and good weldability. They also boast exceptional heat fatigue strength, making them long-lasting when exposed to temperatures higher than 620°C (1148°F). Their excellent oxidation and nitridation resistance make them an ideal choice for manufacturing components that require frequent operation at high temperatures.
