X750

X750 Inconel Plate is an alloy produced from nickel, chromium, and iron. The plate is composed of approximately 18-20% chromium, 13-17% cobalt, 6-9% iron, and balance nickel, making it a blend of metals renowned for their strength and ability to withstand temperatures exceeding 900 degrees Celsius. In addition to this impressive heat tolerance, the Inconel X750 Plate presents high levels of resistance to oxidation and corrosion. As such, it is widely used in petroleum refining, and nuclear industries where parts exposed to extreme mechanical and environmental conditions are subject to added protection.

Inconel X750 Plate combines excellent corrosion and fatigue resistance, superior heat and oxidation resistance, and various structural strengths to become one of the most valued alloys for various equipment applications. It provides excellent extended service life through its low incidences of stress-rupture, creep, and fatigue failures with uses such as aircraft engine incinerators, drive shafts, pressurized components, petrochemical industry refractory anchors, and more. In addition to maintaining a significant tensile strength even at temperatures up to 1300°F and a low coefficient of thermal expansion in heat-affected zones, the Inconel X750 Plate has superior weldability while retaining its desirable mechanical properties over a wide temperature range.
